Sarah Crawford

House Manager
Northland Dr.

Sarah Crawford is a dedicated member of our team here at Golden Life AFC. She has been with us since the beginning and has become an integral part of our family. Sarah is a mother of three, a proud grandmother of four beautiful grandchildren, and the loving owner of two cats.

Sarah’s career in adult foster care began at Greenville AFC, where she gained invaluable experience and knowledge. However, it was her passion for building strong relationships with people that brought her to our organization. Sarah loves getting to know every person in our care on a personal level, and she truly values the connections she has made over the years.

Outside of work, Sarah is an avid outdoorswoman. She enjoys fishing and hunting and finds joy in spending time in nature. If she had to describe herself in a tweet, she would say she’s “Fun, loving, caring, empowered, and strong.” These qualities are evident in everything she does, from how she cares for our residents to the love she shows her family.

When she was ten, she aspired to join the military. However, her priorities shifted when she started a family. Now, Sarah believes in finding a job that one enjoys and never feels like work. Her advice to someone ten years younger than her would be to do just that.

Sarah was born in Edmore, Michigan, but grew up in Fenwick, Michigan. The happiest moments of her life have been the births of her children and grandchildren. She cherishes these moments as well as the close relationships she has developed with the residents she serves at Golden Life AFC. Her commitment to caring for and building relationships with our residents comes from a deep-seated love and compassion that is truly inspiring.
